Where does boarding take place?
Boarding takes place directly at our berth at the Real Club Náutico de Dénia. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you the exact directions.

If I get seasick, can I still come?
To avoid seasickness, the best solution is not to go to sea! 😉 However, the boat is stable enough to minimize discomfort during navigation. There are over-the-counter medications available, and we can recommend “Biodramina” with caffeine to avoid drowsiness during your adventure.

Is the boat insured?
Yes, our boat is fully insured in accordance with current regulations, and our company holds all the necessary authorizations to operate excursions.

What happens if the trip is cancelled due to bad weather?
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions prevent us from operating the excursion, you will receive a full refund. We can also reschedule the trip for another date.

Are there toilets on board?
Yes, the boat is equipped with marine toilets.

What are the cancellation conditions?
Any cancellation made at least 15 days before departure will be fully refunded.

From what age can children come aboard?
Children aged 4 and above are welcome on board, under the responsibility and supervision of their parents.

Can I bring bags or personal belongings on board?
Yes, but we recommend bringing only the essentials such as: a hat and sunscreen, sunglasses (very important), a towel, a camera, and some snacks.

I am pregnant, can I come?
In this case, please follow your doctor’s advice before joining the excursion.

Is there parking at the Yacht Club?
Yes, there is a paid parking area inside the club, very close to our boarding point. Free parking is also available about 300 meters away.

Can I bring food and drinks on board?
Yes, although cold drinks, fruit, and snacks will already be provided on board.

Can we smoke on board?
Yes, provided smoking takes place at the bow of the boat, away from the fuel tank, for everyone’s safety. Cigarette butts must be kept and disposed of once back at the port.

How is the contract finalized?
During the booking process, we will ask for your personal details, which will be used to complete the contract signed upon boarding. If any information is missing, we will request it at that time. Once signed, you must keep your copy of the contract on board at all times.

Does the boat have life jackets and safety equipment?
Yes, our boat is equipped with life jackets for all passengers and safety equipment in accordance with current regulations. We also provide children’s life jackets, which must be requested in advance by specifying the child’s weight.
