Where does the boarding take place?

Boarding is done directly at our mooring at the Real Club Náutico de Dénia. We will send you the exact location when you confirm the booking.

What should I do if I get dizzy?

To avoid seasickness, it is better not to go out to sea! 😉 However, the boat is stable enough to avoid getting dizzy during navigation. There are pills available at the pharmacy, and we can recommend the caffeinated “Biodramina” to avoid falling asleep during your adventure.

Is the boat insured?

Yes, our boat is covered by insurance in accordance with current regulations and our company has all the necessary authorizations to carry out the sailing tours.

What happens if the departure is canceled due to bad weather?

Safety is our main concern. In the event that we cannot carry out the tour due to bad weather, we will refund you the full amount paid. We can also reschedule the departure for another date.

Are there toilets on the boat?

Yes, they are chemical toilets, so we recommend that you take the necessary precautions before leaving the port.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Any cancellation 15 days before departure is fully refunded.

Can children come along?

Children from 4 years old are welcome on board, but they remain under the responsibility and supervision of their parents.

Can I bring bags or belongings on board?

Yes, but we recommend you bringing only the basic stuff such as: hat and sunscreen, sunglasses (very important), bath towel, camera, something to eat (snacks).

I’m pregnant, can I come?

In this case, follow your doctor’s advice before coming.

Is there car parking at the Club Náutico?

Yes, there is paid parking inside the club, very close to our mooring point. You can also opt for free parking outside the club about 300 meters away.

What does the price include?

Our pricing policy is NO SURPRISES and ALL INCLUDED. That includes fuel, VAT, insurance, cleaning, drinks, snacks, snorkeling equipment, paddle board, skipper with a big smile 😉 The extra payment refers only to the rental of bumper ride with its safety accessories (€50 per tour) and the optional meal in Moraira for the 8 hour tour.

Can I bring food and drinks on board?

Yes, always keeping in mind that we will offer you cold drinks, fruit and snacks.

Can we smoke on board?

Yes, always taking care to smoke in the bow, away from the gas tank for everyone’s safety. The butts will have to be collected in order to throw them away when we return to port.

How is the contract done?

We will ask for your personal data during the booking process, which will be used to comply with the contract that will be signed upon boarding. If any information is missing, we will ask for it then. Once the contract is signed, you must keep your copy on board at all times.

Does the boat have safety vests/equipment?

Yes, our boat has vests for all the passengers and safety equipment, in accordance with current regulations. We also have children’s vests, but they must be requested in advance, specifying the weight of the child.

Before departure, your skipper will give you an explanation about the stowage and how to use the safety equipment (vests, fire extinguisher…).
